1. Introduction

Access the Analytics page on the sidebar.

The Analytics page will be your home base for analyzing how your estimating, production, and marketing efforts are performing. The Analytics page is broken into three categories: Shop Analytics, Customer Analytics, and RFQ Analytics. The actions to navigate each of these metrics are the same, though the insights are a bit different!

2. Shop Analytics

As you drive your business through the Paperless Parts platform, you will be able to access valuable insights about your estimating process. Let's walk through how to navigate Shop Analytics.

A. Configure parameters

The top bar allows you to customize your data by time, by customer, and by process.

The data here can be tremendously valuable. What is your highest revenue generating process? Which customers do you have the highest win-rate with? Which customers do you rarely win orders with?

Analyzing this data will allow you to reflect on your estimating process, and ensure you are spending time and money driving your actions towards the most profitable outcome. As you refine your marketing efforts, it will be critical to constantly refer to this information.

3. Customer Analytics

Again, the top bar allows you to customize your data by time, by acquisition channel, and by process.

Understanding your customers is one of the most critical insights a manufacturer can have. Which acquisition channel is driving most of my revenue? Who are my Most Valuable Customers (>20% of business)? Which customers do I have a low win-rate with? Combining the data found in Shop Analytics with the data in Customer Analytics, you will be able to understand which customers are taking an unnecessary amount of your effort relative to their Business (%), and who your Most Valuable Customers (MVC) are.

4. RFQ Analytics

It is critical to have an online presence in order to drive new business. The Analytics on the Request-for-Quote (RFQ) plug-in offer a great way to determine how successful your online marketing efforts are.

Conclusion
