What’s New in Paperless Parts - January 25, 2021

New Feature: Customers 3.0 

The Paperless Contacts tab now offers more robust management of customer contacts and account information. This has been done by changing companies to accounts and customers to contacts.

We have also added the ability to manage multiple shipping facilities and billing addresses for accounts.

Toggle off the Order Confirmation email

You now have the ability to disable the order confirmation email that gets sent to your customers. To do this, navigate to the Settings page and scroll down to Checkout Settings. From here, you can toggle the order confirmation email on or off.

Changes to Purchased Components

We have made several improvements to purchased components, including the addition of arbitrary key-value pairs, the ability to specify an internal part number for a purchased component, and the ability to search for purchased components by any field. Other Improvements:

  • You can now see who has overridden variables in drop down variables, table variables and quantity specific variables.
  • New styling on the Build-A-Quote page
