5. How to Mark Quotes as Lost

Perhaps your customer got back to you and said they will not place an order with a quote you sent. 

1. To mark a quote as lost, go to the quote in the Outstanding tab. 

2. To track the qualitative reasons for why a quote was lost, add them to the Internal Notes. 

3. Go to the 'Actions' tab and hit 'Mark Quote as Lost'. 

4. The quote will automatically be moved from Outstanding to Lost. 

5. We can click on the Internal Note from the quote dashboard to see the reason why the quote was lost.
